On January 15, 2025, Peabodys proudly opened its 12th coffee shop, located at St Richard’s Hospital in Chichester. This new establishment highlights Peabodys’ commitment to sustainability and quality, offering a selection of fairtrade organic coffee and artisan foods, all packaged in fully recyclable and compostable materials.
The new coffee shop at St Richard’s Hospital is part of a growing partnership with University Hospital Sussex NHS Foundation Trust, following the successful launch of a coffee shop at the Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton in the summer of 2023. Another location opened at Worthing Hospital in November 2024.
At St Richard’s Hospital, Peabodys offers an exciting menu that caters to a variety of tastes. Visitors can enjoy in a range of hot and cold breakfast options, hearty main meals, hand-stretched pizzas, fresh egg pasta complemented by homemade sauces, and soothing soups. The coffee shop also features an array of toasted paninis, ciabattas, baguettes, mixed salads, fresh fruits, healthy yogurt pots, and signature raw smoothies. To satisfy those with a sweet tooth, freshly baked artisan pastries and delectable cakes are available alongside fair trade organic coffees, teas, and seasonal drinks.
Peabodys takes pride in accommodating diverse dietary needs, providing vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, halal, and kosher options, ensuring that every visitor finds something to enjoy.
