We feel that through thoughtful consideration in choosing the right products for our food and drink, we get the right balance of wellness and delicious taste.
Wellness really does begin from within. Choosing to eat real, unprocessed food and drink that fills and nourishes is the best thing we can do for our bodies and minds. And the process is simpler than we all think!
At Peabodys we have been trying to practice a few good habits with our food and drink that really do make a difference when it comes to feeling good in our skin and feeling happy and energised.
Peabodys Gentle Guide to Healthy Eating
- Start the day by drinking a glass of warm water with some fresh lemon squeezed into it.
- A few times a week have a green smoothie (check out our favourites on the Juiced! Menu here)
- Drink at least 2 litres of water each day
- Move your body for at least 20 minutes each day. Go outside and get some fresh air and sunshine if you can.
- If you feel like you need a snack why not trying some nuts, seeds or protein snacks. At Peabodys we are big fans of The Protein Ball, Munchy Seeds and Kind Snacks.
Eating the best food you can find is very important. For this reason we source the best quality seasonal, local and all natural food and drink products we can find. The difference is definitely in the tasting and feel once you put something in your body.
Obviously nothing changes overnight, especially with the busy lives we all lead nowadays. So the most important thing to do is adopt a positive mindset and above all, remember to be kind to yourself!
